Program Coordinator Position
Paid position- Starting $15/hr-15hrs/week
Tasks:
- Represent the Student Legal Lounge at program, committee, and administrative meetings.
- Manage and oversee budget.
- Engage with A.S. Core Programs.
- Engage with community partners.
- Establish rapport and connections with agencies and institutions to strengthen networks.
- Develop Lounge agendas and set project deadlines.
- Host office hours in person and online.
- Maintain records and Lounge organizing platforms: Gmail and Google Drive.
- Oversee and evaluate program operations.
Applicant requirements:
- Good academic standing
- Must be willing to work for two consecutive semesters
Proficiency in:
Google applications: Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Technology Coordinator Position
Paid position- Starting $15/hr-15hrs/week
Tasks:
- Update, organize, and maintain the Student Legal Lounge website.
- Transcribe Lounge materials for accessibility.
- Work with R&D to ensure that all information posted and/or distributed is up-to-date.
- Maintain and oversee the Lounge’s social media presence.
- Oversee curation of Lounge materials.
- Ensure that all Lounge operations follow Accessibility Guidelines.
- Remain updated and knowledgeable on accessibility guidelines.
Applicant requirements:
- Good academic standing
- Must be willing to work for two consecutive semesters
Proficiency in:
- Google applications: Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Zoom
- Experience in Digital Design

Research and Development Coordinator Position
Paid position- Starting $15/hr- 35hrs/week , FULL TIME BENEFITS
Tasks:
- Oversee outreach, interns/volunteers, and Lounge development.
- Guide interns/volunteers in their professional development according to all department accreditation standards.
- Engage with agencies and institutions with similar goals.
- Establish rapport and connections with agencies and institutions to strengthen networks.
- Organize collaborative efforts to educate the community about their rights.
Applicant requirements:
- B.A. Degree or Higher
- HSU Faculty or HSU Graduate Student
- Must be willing to work for at least two consecutive semesters
